Our Mission
is to provide financial assistance to families in the Houston area following the loss of a loved one in any traffic-related fatality, including automobile, motorcycle, and pedestrian crashes. Our emergency bereavement support grants may be used to cover funeral and burial expenses, essential household needs, childcare, grief counseling and other related hardship expenses.
Our goal is simple: to lighten the financial burden so grieving families can focus on what matters most — healing together in Jesus’ name.
We serve the Greater Houston area, including Harris, Fort Bend, Austin, Waller, Montgomery, Liberty, Chambers, Galveston, and Brazoria Counties.

The Troutt Foundation was established in honor of Josh, whose life was tragically taken in a fatal motor vehicle crash in 2023. Inspired by Josh's unwavering heart for helping others and grounded in the love of Jesus Christ, we exist to carry his legacy forward by bringing hope into the darkest valleys.

When a family loses a loved one in an instant, the grief is crushing and the financial burden is real.
